Sweet Potatoe Pudding
 
 
1 Large Can    Chopped Yams  
½ cup    Canned Milk  
1   Egg  
¼ cup    Brown Sugar  
¼ teaspoon    Cinnamon  
½ cup    Coconut  
2 tablespoons    Margarine  
1 cup    Liquid from Potatoes  
1 cup    Marshmellows  
 
1 Combine all ingredients except the marshmellows.
2 Place mixture in a casserole dish and place marshmellows on top.
3 Cover and bake at 400° for 45 minutes or until center is bubbly.
