Combine of of the above (Except Ham & Cheese). Mix well. |

Pat mixture out on aluminum foil to a 12" x 10" rectangle. Put ham slices on top and sprinkle shredded cheese over ham. |

Roll up and seal the edges. Place in a pan and bake at 350° for 1 ¼ hours. |

Place extra tomato sauce and cheese slices on top and bake an additional 5 minutes. |
