Sicilian Meat Roll
 
 
2   Beaten Eggs  
¾ cup    Soft Breadcrumbs  
½ cup    Tomato Juice, puree or sauce  
½ teaspoon    Salt  
½ teaspoon    Crushed Oregano  
2 tablespoons    Dry Parsley Flakes  
¼ teaspoon    Pepper  
1   Clove Minced Garlic  
2 pounds    Lean Ground Beef  
8   Thin Slices of Ham  
6 oz    Shredded Mozzarella cheese  
4   Slices of Mozzarella cheese  
  Dried Onions (optional to taste)  
  Italian seasoning (optional to taste)  
 
1 Combine of of the above (Except Ham & Cheese). Mix well.
2 Pat mixture out on aluminum foil to a 12" x 10" rectangle. Put ham slices on top and sprinkle shredded cheese over ham.
3 Roll up and seal the edges. Place in a pan and bake at 350° for 1 ¼ hours.
4 Place extra tomato sauce and cheese slices on top and bake an additional 5 minutes.
