Mushrooms in Sour Cream
 
 
½ cup    Butter or Margarine  
2 pounds    Mushrooms Sliced  
½ cup    Minced Green onions  
1 teaspoon    Salt  
½ teaspoon    Pepper  
½ cup    Sour cream  
 
1 In 12" skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add mushrooms, green onions, salt and pepper and cook, stirring frequently, until mushrooms are tender (about 10 minutes).
2 Stir in sour cream; heat through (do not boil). Spoon mushroom mixture into medium bowl. Serve warm or refrigerate to serve cold later.
